What kind of fabric is cationic fabric?
Cationic fabrics are all polyester fabrics. It is made by blending polyester yarn and cationic yarn. Polyester yarn is dyed with common dye and cationic yarn is dyed with cationic dye, so the fabric surface will have a two-color effect. This fabric can be used for sportswear, yoga clothes, high-end underwear and other clothing production.

Cationic fabrics are bright in color and are very suitable for artificial fibers, but the color fastness to washing and light resistance of natural cellulose and protein fabrics is very poor.

Advantages of cationic fabrics
1. One of the characteristics of cationic fabrics is the two-color effect. Taking advantage of this feature, it can replace several yarn-dyed two-color fabrics and reduce fabric costs. This is the characteristic of cationic fabrics, but its characteristics are also limited. In the face of multi-color yarn-dyed fabrics, cationic fabrics can only be replaced.
2. Cationic fabrics are bright in color and suitable for man-made fibers, but natural cellulose and protein fabrics have poor washing and light resistance.
3. The wear resistance of cationic fabrics is also very good. After adding several artificial fibers such as polyester and polyurethane, the strength is higher, the elasticity is better, and the wear resistance is second only to nylon.
4. Cationic fabrics have some chemical properties, such as corrosion resistance, dilute alkali resistance, bleach resistance, oxidants, hydrocarbons, ketones, petroleum products and inorganic acids, and also have physical properties such as UV resistance.
